Is the walk-through really free?
Yes! Completely. No fee, no deposit, no obligation to move forward. We invest the time upfront because we want to earn your business by showing you what we're about, not by locking you in before you've seen it.
How fast will you respond after I reach out?
We respond to all new inquiries within 24 hours, usually sooner. Whether you call, text, or fill out the form, a real person from our team will get back to you promptly. No automated runarounds.
How quickly can we get started after the walk-through?
Once you've reviewed and approved your custom plan, upon request we work to schedule your first clean within 2 to 3 days. We move quickly because we know a clean space can't wait.
Can I book just a one-time clean without committing to recurring service?
Absolutely. One-time cleans are available with no service agreement required. Many of our best long-term clients started with a single clean — we let the work speak for itself.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not for the walk-through! Moving forward, it depends on the type of service. One-time cleans require no agreement at all: just book and we show up. For recurring services, we offer flexible options including quarterly and yearly agreements, each with different levels of commitment and pricing benefits.
Quarterly agreements offer a shorter commitment with consistent service locked in. Yearly agreements provide the best value and priority scheduling for clients who want a long-term, reliable cleaning partner.
We'll walk you through all the options after your walk-through so you can choose what fits your business best: no pressure, no one-size-fits-all approach.
What if I'm outside your main service area?
We primarily serve Raleigh, Durham, Fuquay-Varina, Burlington, Pittsboro, and the surrounding areas. If you're outside those cities, reach out anyway! We evaluate requests outside our standard area on a case-by-case basis and we may be able to make it work.
