    • Dust all high- and low-touch surfaces (including ledges, vents, baseboards, picture frames) 

    • Wipe and disinfect all desks, workstations, and telephones 

    • Empty all wastebaskets and replace liners (use eco‑friendly bin liners) 

    • Vacuum carpets and area rugs  

    • Vacuum and mop all hard floors with neutral pH cleaners 

    • Disinfect high-touch points (door handles, light switches, elevator buttons) 

    • Straighten chairs and furnishings for presentation-ready finish 

    • Air freshen with light, hypoallergenic scents on request 

     

    Deeper/Periodic Services  

    • Detail vacuum behind furniture and along edges 

    • Deep dusting of vents, blinds, and light fixtures 

    • Spot treat carpet stains 

    • Clean and treat leather, fabric, or high-end surfaces
